I watched the Despicable Me 3 after hearing that it is not that great movie from my friends. They said, it doesn't have much impact when compared to the first movie. Well, yes, I kinda agree with them. It doesn't have much punch when compared to the first movie but I still enjoyed a bit anyways. Gru's jokes were funny for me and there were a few scenes that I wished they could do better. Anyhow, I wished that there were a few more parts on the minions and how they actually spend the time in the prison instead of snippets and when telling the story of Gru and Dru, I wish there is a bit more proper plot for that.
Right now I feel that the movie has so much potential with different characters' stories but it didn't showcase properly in the movie. Instead of cramming everything in one movie, I wish that the story of Gru and Dru in one movie, the story of the minions being in jail in one movie and the struggles that Lucy takes when it comes to motherhood and the emotions in one movie if possible.
Overall, it was an okay movie. So, here's my rating. Plot - 7/10 Character - 7.5/10 Music - 8/10 Enjoyment - 7/10
Is this anime a joke? Although it has a lot of potential but it kinda ended in such a heartbreaking scene for me. I believe this anime is made by Chinese studio and dubbed by Japanese voice actors. This anime didn't have depth and the characters were kinda rubbish. If done properly, this would have become one of my favorite anime since I like these kind of plots. Such a pity that I don't really like the first episode and how it is progressing.
PS. When I think the anime is rubbish and if I don't like it, it is just my preference and if you like this anime, I'm glad that you like it and please continue supporting the anime.
Will I be watching? - I will not be watching this anime. It will be in the dropped folder.
Will I be blogging? - This first impression will be the last of this anime. If I become to like this anime in the future, I will write a review about it then. For now, this will be the last blog post about this anime.
Will I recommend? - I do not recommend it. However, if you watched it and find it interesting, I'm happy for you.
"waaaaaaa! What did I just watched?" That's the comments from some of the people that I know and well, I kinda new how they will react. I found this anime interesting since the guy cross-dress as a girl and tried to seduce the main character.
Plot - Kirishima Ryou, went to the party cross-dressed where he meets a girl named Kominami Shizuka, who was trying to get used to the college life and city life. Shizuka was being seduced by Ryou thinking that Ryou was a lesbian where she found out he's a guy who likes to dress as a girl.
I find this plot interesting and since this plot is more towards adult content, it was better used as a proper plot without needing to look out for the implications with younger viewers.
Character - I don't really see that much of character development from the first episode but I can see that Kirishima was attracted to Shizuka and vice versa. I also find that Shizuka was dumb enough to follow a stranger home even if that stranger looks like a good person and a girl. Well, I'm curious to see how the characters develop though.
Music - I like the OP quite a lot since it's my type of song. You can listen a bit from the first PV that I embedded in this blogpost. I wonder what will be the ED for this anime.
Art - Well, art style is pretty normal. I wish the studio actually make it a bit longer than 3 minutes. I can't wait to see more of the perverted scenes from this anime and how the studio will draw it. From the first episode, there isn't much since it was only a bit of flash back.
Will I be watching? - I would like to give another try. If I don't like the story from the next episodes, I will be dropping this anime. It was an interesting story though. I hope there is a good linking between the episodes.
Will I be blogging? - I am not sure. If I ended up liking this anime, I will review when the series is over.
Will I recommend? - It is definitely an adult show. So, if you are a young viewer, I don't really recommend (although you guys don't really care and watch them anyways). But if you are an adult and have a bit of free time (I think you will definitely give 3 minutes out of your life every week) then I suggest you should try watching it. I'm also a bit conflicted between to watch or skip this anime because I don't really know it'll be good but at the same time, it's only 3 minutes. So, I'll probably ended up watching it anyways.
Wow! Just wow! This anime gave me shivers when I first watched it. The facial expressions, the cliche, the intensiveness, it was epic for me.
Plot - When I first read about the synopsis from MAL, I just thought that it will be an anime that is focused a lot on the gambling side like how it focus on volleyball in Haikyuu or basketball in Kuroko no Basket's case. But when the PV came out, I immediately knew that it will focus a lot on the human psychology and how gambling will determine a person's pride and status in this anime. It sounded so spectacular to my brain since I, myself is also a good gambler if I say so myself within the family.
Characters - I find the narrator, Suzui Ryouta, very weak and kinda annoying. Well, no offence to the character since the show is like that so... I can't really say much. Although the MC, Jabami Yumeko, is like a pretentious trash and when she's in the focused mode during the game, she's like AWESOME! She sucks me into this weird fetish world with that red glaring eyes.
Music - OP was epic though. Although it is not my type of music that I listen to but when I listened for the first time, it was really good and interesting to listen. ED was a lot better for me since it's a bit easier to listen for me. OP was a little bit out of the world for me and I couldn't get used to it.
Art/Animation - The art style looks a lot like Prison School although the studios are different and the manga authors are also different since Kakegurui is drawn by Naomura Tooru where Prison School is drawn by Hiramoto Akira. I especially like the way they draw the uglier side of human expressions and put it together in an anime. It was a really excellent choice of the emotions such as pride, greed, fame and so on being used in a manga and anime.
Will I be watching? - I'm not as hyped as other people but I'd be sure to watch this anime. It looks interesting.
Will I be blogging? - I'll do a review when the series is over.
Will I recommend? - I recommend it to everyone although I can't guarantee that everyone will enjoy this show. This anime is very specific with the theme and emotions so I'm not sure this will be everyone's cup of tee. But if you have free time, give it a go.
Okay, before I write my first impressions, I want to tell you that I haven't played the game nor watched the Hanamaru version. So, I have no idea what the show is about.
Plot - When I saw the MAL details about this anime, I thought that this is a pretty interesting plot. The part where they have to go back to the past to save the future plot is common but the part where the historical Japanese blades, in the form of handsome young men are super interesting for me. So, their mission were to go to time to time in Japan to save the course of history and eliminate the enemies that try to change the course of history.
Characters - So far, I think the main characters for the first episode are the Horikawa Kunihiro and Izuminokami Kanesada. Kunihiro is polite and thoughtful but yet a bit negative when it comes to why he is chosen as a warrior and paired him with Kanesada (Kane-san) who is very skillful but a bit short-fused warrior. I like the relationship between the two from the first episode where Kane-san tries to bring the positive side to Kunihiro when he went a bit too negative with his feelings.
Music - Since this is the action film, there is a lot of background music when it comes to the fighting scenes and I absolutely love the background music at the start, it was epic and absorb me to continue watching the anime. For the ending song, it was really good to listen. It was exciting and make me can't wait to watch the next episode asap.
Art - The first thing I noticed is the use of 3D animation in this anime. But I think the use of 3D is used in good places where it was necessary to use. I think the way they draw the locations and the landscape scenes. For character design, the characters are so cute.
Will I be watching? - Yup, I have no idea what will happen but I will sure be watching. The guys are cool! (lol)
Will I be blogging? - I will be writing a review when the anime is finished.
Will I recommend? - Yes, even if you have not watched the Hanamaru or played the game, I will recommend this anime to watch. It looks interesting.
Should I talk more about what the show is about or you've already known and just want to know how I felt about this anime?
Well, if you want to know the plot, I recommend you to go here for synopsis and some other details to find out who are the voice actors and trailers.
At first, I started watching this anime because of the characters. Then when I actually started watching, I find that the show is actually very interesting. The character development is one of the main thing that the anime highlights. The studio focus a lot on the character development and how the princes need to be put together since one of them will become a king one day and they need to be prepared for it.
Plot - This anime has an interesting plot with pretty visuals. I find the characters interesting since each and individual has so much interesting aspects that draw me in to watch this anime much more. Even when the current King was introduced, his character and his behaviours are like a doting parent even though he is a king of a country. The studio and the story perfectly portrays on the relationship between Haine and the four princes and Haine and the King.
Characters - Wow, just wow! I love how the characters grow. It was so breathtaking and heart-warming to see the characters learn and widen the scopes of their mind. It was sooooo nice to watch. What else do I need to say? I Just love the characters.
Music - I really liked the opening of this anime. The ED was okay but not my absolutely favorite throughout the series.
Art/Animation - The art is beautiful. I like the way the studio draw the background interiors and their landscapes.
Overall - This is the great anime to watch. This show showcases the friendship, the relationship between the four princes and the Haine, Haine's mysterious past with the King and the relationship between the four princes with the King makes me feel so fuzzy feelings all over my heart.
I recommend you to watch this anime. You'll experience the funny moments, the insecure moments, that warm fuzzy feeling from a character and this anime will make you grin like an idiot in the class. (well, that's what I was doing while watching this anime during my lectures) Also, watching guys that are cool is also not that bad for the eyes.
